Furthermore, we integrate employee benefits with environmental protection issues, implementing a subsidy program for trading in gasoline-powered vehicles for electric vehicles, improving employee welfare while promoting carbon reduction. Moving forward, we will continue to optimize employee benefits, striving to become a happy and supportive company.
Social responsibility – Since 2017, we have been sponsoring the baseball team of Renshan Elementary School in the surrounding area every year. While fulfilling our social responsibility and fostering good neighborly relations, we also hope to enable young baseball players to cultivate their interests and enjoy the game without any worries, and to contribute to the cultivation of baseball talent in Taiwan and achieve “sustainable development”.

To fulfill our commitment to environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility, we adhere to the "Due Diligence Guidelines for Mineral Supply Chains in Conflict and High-Risk Areas" established by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) to ensure that the following mineral raw materials—gold (Au), cobalt (Co), mica (Mica), tin (Sn), tantalum (Ta), and tungsten (W)—are not sourced from conflict mining areas as defined by international organizations. We also require our suppliers to meet this standard.
